XM Foundation specializes in program delivery, whether its own programs or those of partners or donors. The main focus areas are centred around rural development or under resourced areas in the Eastern Cape. The Foundation also specializes in delivering Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programs for partner organizations. Through its experienced team in project management, monitoring & evaluation and community partnerships. 

Early Childhood Development & Literacy Programs

This department of the Foundation focuses on supporting learners from grade 2 - 6 with after school programs. This initiative includes a meal program for the children while they are assisted by social workers and counselling psychologists through societal issues affecting them. The Foundation is currently developing a fully equipped centre for this department.

Youth Development, Entrepreneurship & Skills Training

This department consists of various teams dedicated to skills development for young people. The programs includes Career Development Workshops, Occupational Skills, Enterprise Development, and integrated approach supporting National Skills Development Plan. This department is partnered mainly with Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), private partners and government agencies.

Rural Project Delivery & Awareness Programs

This department seeks to develop sustainable and intentional programs to gravitate interventions in rural areas. The teams focus on issues such HIV, Gender Based Violence (GBV), Mental Health. This is with consideration of underlying social ills and the interconnectedness of HIV, gender-based violence (GBV), and unemployment which significantly impacts mental health, creating a cycle of vulnerability.

Old Age Support Program

The program assists the Elderly situated in rural areas. It assists them with nutrition, basic health care and literacy.

Transport Sector Development

This new department is focused on skills development in the Transport Sector. It is also focused on regulation, research and policy development of Transport sub-sectors.

Advancing Rural Arts & Sports

This department seeks to support sports and arts education in rural areas. It works towards fully supporting over 20 local sports teams annually.
